Graduated for Kings College London University in August 1987 and embarked on a postgraduate career in Surgery including Plastic and Reconstructive surgery at Queen Victoria East Grinsted. Now a Consultant in Emergency Medicine in Surrey where she has practised for nearly 10 years and received two clinical excellence awards by her NHS hospital. She is a  member of the British Association Of Cosmetic Doctors and has partaken in conferences and examinations and validation programme required to be a member.

Anne co-ordinates the operational aspect of the practice but is also very well informed on aesthetic and cosmetic surgery in general. She has worked at Mount Alvernia for 30 years for surgical based consultants so is very familiar with this type of work. She is very committed , friendly and enthusiastic and will be able to answer many of your queries as well as arrange appointments.

Qualifying in 2002 at the Austrian Vodder Institute for Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD), Gayle has continued to build her skills as a specialist in both MLD and Lymphoedema. An associate of BMI Mount Alvernia, Gayle is qualified to receive referrals from their consultants for specialist MLD and Lymphoedema treatments. She is a member of Manual Lymphatic Drainage UK (MLD UK) which is responsible for ongoing assessment for the profession nationally, an accredited member of the British Lymphology Society (BLS) and Lymphoedema support network (LSN).

Since qualifying from a private beauty college in 1986, the early part of her career saw her build up a series of successful beauty salons both as her own business within private health clubs, and also for the "Sisley" cosmetics brand within Harrods. During her time at Sisley, Gayle developed the treatment training department for the company and trained all store consultants and spa therapists for the premier Sisley salons nationally.

Mr. Julian M Rowe-Jones FRCS (ORL) founded The Nose Clinic in 1998. He was educated at Marlborough College. He qualified in Medicine at St. Thomas’s Hospital, University of London in 1986 and received his specialist surgical training at St. George’s Hospital, London and Charing Cross Hospital, London where he was mentored by internationally recognized rhinoplasty surgeons.

Since then, he has dedicated his surgical career to functional and cosmetic treatment of the nose. Mr. Rowe-Jones was the recipient of a travelling Fellowship awarded in 1996 by the European Academy of Facial Plastic Surgery (EAFPS) and is now Chairman of the EAFPS Fellowship Committee. He referees and peer reviews papers on nasal surgery for several other scientific journals, has written book chapters and numerous papers and has taught and lectured extensively on topics related to nasal plastic surgery in the UK, Europe, USA and Australia.

Mr. Rowe-Jones is an interspecialty member of the British Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons (BAAPS) and an allied specialty member of the British Association of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeons (BAPRAS). He has been on the Tatler list of top private specialists for the last three years.
