Hyperhydrosis is a distressing medical condition which affects mean and women of all ages. Sweating is excessive, interferes with function and leads to social embarrassment. Unlike other forms of sweating, hyperhysdrosis can occur throughout the year but is more marked in warmer months.
Hyperhydrosis usually occurs in the armpits (axilae), palms of hands and soles of feet.
All areas can be treated safely with Botulinum Toxin A usually in a single session per area.
Axillary treatment is straight forward under local anaesthetic crème and takes 1 hour from start to finish.
Hand treatment is more complex as often needs special nerve blocks to adequately numb the hand, anaesthetic crème is not sufficient.
We usually recommend one hand at a time.
Price
£500 for both axillae in one session
£500 for one hand OR £ 800 for both hands performed on 2 separate days
