As a doctor you might expect me to recommend very medically orientated products. Occasionally I do in extreme cases. However, the basis of pharmaceutical medicine is botanical and the skin is the largest organ of the body. What we put on our skin can be absorbed into the blood stream. Chemicals can irritate and damage the skin thus we should be vigilant as to what we apply. I believe many daily skin and hair problems can be avoided or controlled by using Arbonne products.
